DELIVERY

For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £60.00 however for some larger items additional charges may apply.

Hot Tubs and Swimspas are subject to a site survey – Additional costs including cranes may be required.

On orders below £60.00 a £13.95 charge will be applied.

Next day delivery is subject to stock and conditions.  Please note that next day deliveries need to be made before 10am the previous day.

Some specialist chemicals require additional delivery charges, this is included either in the displayed price or we will work out the extra cost and inform you.

Bulk chemical orders will need extra carriage charge.

To ensure we comply with dangerous goods transport regulations all our chemicals are packed in special UN approved containers under the limited quantities regulations.

ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICES AND COSTS

We will be using APC for the delivery of most of our products. Soon we will be able to offer dynamic delivery costs based on the items you purchase.

Postal Orders please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive. We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of Spa’s in stock . For Spas that have to be ordered please allow approximately 4-6weeks. This will allow pre-installation details to be followed through before delivery. We will always attempt to deliver before 21 days where possible.

BACK ORDERS

If your product(s) is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you should this timescale be seen as lengthy, giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Occasionally we will not be able to back order the product and we will notify you and refund you in full.

REFUND POLICY

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process.

Your right to cancel an order – The United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day following which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. The goods must be in their original packaging and any security seals on the packaging must still be intact. You are liable for the cost and expense of returning goods. We advise you to use an insured method of carriage as damaged boxes will not be accepted. If any security seals on are deemed unsaleable once they have been opened and the manufacturers or their agents will not accept these products back as such. Please note that on any order that we accept for cancellation, the actual cost of original shipping will be applied as a charge, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.

Any orders that are accepted for return, at our discretion, after the 14-day cooling-off period will have the actual cost of shipping applied as a charge and also a further 20% restocking charge. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Bespoke items, made to order are non-refundable and at our discretion will be reviewed during the cooling-off period following receipt of order. These products are excluded from our refund policy.

SPAS RETURNS

We do not offer full refunds on Hot Tubs and Spas if you simply change your mind. Admin and storage fees will need to be deducted from the purchase amount, along with costs for any delivery or installation works completed. We do not allow refunds on specially ordered spas.
