The Open Solar Energy Pool Cover by Abriblue is the perfect solution for those who want an automatic slatted cover without needing any electricity supply. Powered by two batteries which are fed by a solar panel. It takes just 5 hours of sunshine to fully charge the batteries and they can operate up to 40 times in complete darkness. For safety reasons, it has a low battery warning sound but it can still do a complete opening and closing cycle. It is height adjustable to prevent friction along the pool edges. Key operated to prevent unwanted opening or closing, it takes just 3 minutes to open or close the cover. The slats come with brush-covered wings which stops the excess debris from entering the pool whilst stopping any friction against the pool walls during the cycle.
