How we actually work with customers
Most orders start with a question, not a part number. So we ask about your pool first, and we would rather get it right once than sell you twice.
How we choose what we sell
We fit this equipment as well as sell it, so we see what fails and what lasts. A brand earns its place on three things: whether it lasts, whether spares are still available in ten years, and whether the maker answers the phone when something goes wrong.
The price you should pay
We check our prices against the market, and we will match anything you find cheaper. There are no inflated list prices here to make a discount look bigger than it is. Plus, delivery is free across the UK on orders over £60.
Accredited, not self-declared
We are members of SPATA, the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association, and our engineers are qualified through ISPE, the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers. Both bodies also vet their members independently on workmanship and standards.
