  • Visits 2 & 3 (Flexible Timing): Used whenever you need them most—whether that’s inspecting blockwork and pipe runs prior to backfilling, checking tanking/liner prep, or commissioning equipment.

• Complete Phone & Technical Support: You are never left stuck on site. Our technical team is a phone call away to answer questions, resolve unexpected ground challenges, or advise your tradespeople.

• Plant Room Hydraulic Design: The plant room is the heart and lungs of your pool. We design the exact circulation, filtration, pipe sizing, and heating setup required for your specific pool volume—preventing stagnant water, high energy bills, or noisy pumps.

• Material & Equipment Procurement: We help you select and source the right liners, tiles, copings, and heating systems (heat pumps, heat exchangers) suited to your budget, passing on our industry knowledge so you don’t overpay for the wrong spec.
